Managing With Insight is delivered across two sessions: a full-day in-person masterclass followed by a virtual follow-up to consolidate your learning in context.

A blend of behavioural frameworks, role play, case studies and group exercises. You will complete your personalised Helix behavioural profile before the day so your insights are ready to apply from the moment you arrive.

PART 2: ONLINE


Virtual Follow-Up Session


Approximately 2 weeks after the masterclass (half day)



Consolidates your learning, addresses real situations you have encountered since the masterclass, and deepens application. Practical and grounded in what has come up for you in the real world.
