We manage your engagement in line with current Australian workplace laws and tax requirements. We hold the relevant labour hire licences across Australian states and territories, and all PAYG withholding is managed and remitted to the ATO on your behalf.

As a Chandler Macleod contractor, you have access to CM Advantage, including salary sacrificing, novated leases, insurance options and more.

Superannuation applies to contractors engaged through a PAYG arrangement. If that's you, we pay it monthly (well above the quarterly legal requirement). And from July 2026, under the Payday Super reform, we'll pay your super at the same frequency as your wages, whether that's weekly or fortnightly.

If you're engaged through your own company as an incorporated contractor or ABN holder, your super obligations are managed separately through your own structure.
