An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Civil Drafter to join a high-performing infrastructure engineering team supporting major mining, energy, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
Working closely with Engineers and Designers, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating high-quality civil engineering drawing packages across all project phases, from early studies through to detailed design and execution.

- Develop and maintain civil engineering drawing packages using Bentley MicroStation.
- Produce detailed drawings including:
- General Arrangements
- Earthworks
- Drainage layouts
- Pavement and surfacing plans
- Utilities and services layouts
- Long and cross sections
- Detailed construction drawings
- Establish and manage drawing environments, reference files, model structures, and document registers.
- Coordinate drawing deliverables with Engineers, Designers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage revisions, document control requirements, and drawing quality standards.
- Import and utilise survey, geospatial, and design data for drafting activities.
- Assist in maintaining consistency and quality across project deliverables.
- Support project schedules and meet drafting milestones.
To be successful, you will bring:
- 8+ years' experience in a Senior Civil Drafter or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Bentley MicroStation.
- Strong experience producing civil infrastructure and construction documentation.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Roads
- Drainage
- Earthworks
- Pavements
- Utilities and non-process infrastructure
- Ability to interpret engineering mark-ups, design models, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering project teams.
- Familiarity with 12d Model, BIM, and 3D design environments(highly regarded).
- Experience on major mining, infrastructure, or resources projects.
- Exposure to survey and geospatial data integration.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Drafting or a related qualification (preferred).
- Perth CBD location.
