Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:00pm
Pay rate: $32.18 per hour

Key duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery in line with SOPs
- Set up and prepare equipment prior to production runs
- Weigh and mix ingredients accurately to production requirements
- Work with the Inventory Controller to ensure efficient staging of materials
- Manage receipt/consignment of goods and prepare orders for dispatch
- Complete production paperwork accurately and in real time
- Perform cleaning and sanitising tasks in line with hygiene and food safety standards
- Operate a forklift where licensed/authorised and in line with site procedures
- Support across production areas as required
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in a production / manufacturing environment (food manufacturing highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of WHS and safe work practices (PPE, hazard reporting, incident reporting)
- Ability to follow SOPs, meet targets and maintain attention to detail
- Understanding of Food Safety / HACCP / GMP(highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous if required for the role
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, including pre-shift briefs
- Meets production schedules and output targets
- Proactively helps minimise downtime and supports operational continuity
- Maintains product quality and helps reduce waste/defects
- Works safely and supports a positive safety culture
