We are seeking a reliable Horticulture Labourer to support field-based parks and open space maintenance works based out of a Ballina depot. This is an outdoor, hands-on role suited to someone with general labouring ability and a current chemical ticket.
This role offers 6:30am–3:40pm hours on a 9-day fortnight roster.
Duties
- Assist with day-to-day horticulture and grounds maintenance tasks across public spaces.
- Perform general labouring duties including manual handling, site clean-up and basic maintenance support.
- Apply safe work practices at all times and follow WHS requirements.
- Use PPE correctly and work safely in outdoor conditions.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Current chemical ticket.
- Proven general labouring experience and physical capability.
- Current driver licence.
- Horticulture industry experience.
- LR licence.
- Chainsaw ticket.
- White Card.
