What You’ll Be Doing for Farms:
- Collect, clean, and grade eggs
- Work hands-on with the flock practicing safe and humane handling
- Supportive labour work, including shed upkeep
What You’ll Be Doing for Processing Plant:
- Perform various tasks whilst maintaining high standards in a fast-paced production environment
- Sorting, handling, weighing, and packing poultry
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- Valid driver’s license and own transport for farms
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Be hardworking, enthusiastic and physically fit
- Exhibit good communication skills
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Please Note:
You must not have any birds, pigs, or chickens at your residence.
All employees are required to shower on and off shifts for the farms in accordance with Baiada’s Biosecurity Policy.
