- Loading and unloading freight from trailers and dock areas
- Sorting and staging freight for dispatch
- Manual handling of parcels and general freight
- Pick packing and freight preparation duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous dock hand, freight handling, warehouse or logistics experience
- Pick packing experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol Screening
