We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a well-established and highly organised warehouse operation based in Bohle, Townsville. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional looking to secure long-term employment with a growing business.
Working in a small, well-managed team environment, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, with a strong focus on forklift operations, truck unloading, put-aways, and order picking.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating LF forklifts safely and efficiently
- High reach forklift operations
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Put-away and replenishment tasks
- Picking and packing customer orders
- RF scanning and stock control activities
- Basic computer and data entry tasks
- General warehouse and storeperson duties as required
- Adhering to site safety procedures and warehouse processes
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven high reach forklift experience ( essential)
- Warehouse and logistics experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Overhead crane experience
- Experience working with Linde forklifts
- Immediate start available
- Competitive pay rate of $47 per hour + Super
