About the Role

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for the design, investigation, review, and quality assurance of a range of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, traffic facilities, footpaths, kerb and gutter works, and car parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review civil designs, plans, estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Design road, drainage, and traffic infrastructure using 12D and AutoCAD.
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on internal and external design submissions.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, utilities, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and engineering best practice.
  • Support project delivery through investigation, survey coordination, and design development.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil or road design.
  • Strong proficiency with 12D and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in road, stormwater drainage, traffic facilities, and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant engineering standards and legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
