We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to lead and grow our Corporate & Professional Services business in Western Australia.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious recruitment leader who enjoys building teams, driving commercial performance, developing client relationships, and leading from the front.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the National GM - Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters while managing your own specialist recruitment portfolio across white-collar disciplines that may include Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Technical, Business Support, and Executive Search
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment professionals
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer outcomes
- Manage and grow your own recruitment desk
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
- Manage key accounts and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions
- Take ownership of financial performance, including P&L accountability
- Contribute to strategic planning and business expansion across WA

You are a proven agency recruiter who combines commercial acumen with strong leadership capability and a passion for developing people.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated success within agency recruitment
- Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
- A customer-focused and solution-driven approach
- Strong business development and relationship management capability
- The ability to motivate, coach and engage high-performing teams
