About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and relationship focused Onsite Account Manager to support a major construction project located in the Hunter Valley Region of New South Wales. This is a full time position
As the primary onsite representative for Chandler Macleod, you will act as the key link between our client and workforce, ensuring workforce mobilisation, site support, compliance, safety, and day to day operational requirements are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and site leadership teams
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing employee support
- Manage workforce rosters, attendance, accommodation and daily site requirements
- Monitor staffing levels and respond quickly to workforce challenges
- Ensure compliance with site policies, safety procedures and legislative requirements
- Provide regular reporting on workforce performance, attendance and key metrics
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings where required
- Support injury management, return to work programs and incident investigations
- Work collaboratively with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce demands are met
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in either workforce management, recruitment, site administration or a similar operational role
- Previous exposure to construction, mining, infrastructure or renewable energy projects is preferred but not essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
- The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
