- Reviewing and assessing Job Description Forms (JDFs)
- Conducting job classification and work value assessments
- Providing clear, evidence-based classification advice
- Preparing supporting documentation and recommendations
- Contributing to organisational workforce and position management initiatives
HR Specialist - Senior Executive Service Support (Level 6)
This role will support senior executive employment and classification activities within a government setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking Senior Executive Service (SES) classification assessments
- Preparing classification and appointment business cases
- Coordinating submissions to relevant government authorities
- Supporting SES recruitment and appointment processes
- Providing advice on executive employment arrangements and frameworks
Talent Advisors (2 Positions Available) - Level 4
We are seeking proactive recruitment professionals to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and securing high-quality talent across a diverse range of positions.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing recruitment and selection processes
- Providing advice on recruitment policies and procedures
- Drafting and advertising vacancies
- Coordinating assessments, interviews and appointment processes
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Supporting workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant HR, recruitment, workforce or organisational development experience
