Rate:$50 - $55 per hour + Superannuation (Highly dependent on experience)
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with strong potential for extension
Are You an Experienced Document Controller Looking to Join a Major Capital Projects Team? An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Document Controller to support a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and capital projects within the resources and industrial sectors. This role will see you working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project documentation is managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project governance requirements.
Initially, the successful candidate will complete onboarding and systems training at Pinjarra, with all travel costs reimbursed. Following onboarding, the position will be based in Booragoon, with some flexibility to work from home when project commitments allow.

What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Document Controller role supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, mining, or major capital projects.
- Proven experience managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong working knowledge of document management systems such as InEight Document (TeamBinder), Aconex, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain document control standards within fast-paced project environments.
- Must be living in Perth and have full Australian work rights
- Vocational training or qualifications in Records Management, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working on major projects, construction, mining, or industrial operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
