Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer / Call Centre Representative to join their team based in the Perth CBD. If you have previous customer service experience and enjoy helping people, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately update customer information and records
- Process requests and follow up on outstanding enquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet service and quality standards
- Previous customer service, call centre, contact centre, or administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Perth CBD location with easy access to public transport
- Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
