We are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Advisor to drive inclusion initiatives, provide expert advice and partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs.
- Provide advice on inclusion, accessibility and workplace equity initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive inclusive practices.
- Deliver training, workshops and awareness programs.
- Analyse workforce data and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Support compliance with relevant workplace and equal opportunity legislation.
About You
- Experience in DEI, HR, Organisational Development or a related advisory role.
- State government legislation knowledge desirable
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion frameworks and legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
