Rate: $123.66/hr + super PAYG
The scope (project works)
You’ll be providing statutory electrical supervision across a high-profile brownfield construction environment, including:
- Conveyors & crushers
- Switch room modifications and fit-out
- HV switchgear installation
- HV overhead distribution & transmission installation
- NPI facility construction
- Provide statutory electrical supervision and ensure compliance with WA legislation and site standards
- Lead safe execution of HV/LV works including isolations, permitting and verification
- Coordinate crews and contractors to deliver planned works safely and efficiently
- Drive strong safety leadership, risk management and governance across the work front
- Support completion and handover documentation and construction assurance requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification requirements, including:
- RIIRIS402 Carry out the risk management process or BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management
- BSBWHS411 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs
- LGIRS Statutory Supervisor Exam attained
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in mining or a similar heavy industrial environment
- Client-side Electrical Supervisor experience(or strong alignment to client governance expectations)
- Experience with BHP procedures & systems(highly regarded)
- Exposure to permitting and completions-based software(highly regarded)
- $1,483.93 + super per day on an 8/6 FIFO roster
- Immediate start, 6-month initial contract with extension potential
