We’re recruiting Production Workers to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Somersby. This is a long-term, hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment.
What’s on offer?
- Day shift: $39.68 per hour
- Night shift: $42.99 per hour
- Lifestyle roster averaging approximately 4 x 12-hour shifts per week

- Preparing and filling concrete moulds
- Monitoring production and completing quality checks
- General manufacturing and manual handling
- Forklift operation where licensed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
- The ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong reliability and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
