Warehouse Team Members - Voice Pickers (2 PM Shift) | Minchinbury NSW | $45 to 51+ per Hour- URGENT START
Chandler Macleod is looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join a busy distribution centre in Minchinbury.
This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading supply chain companies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location: Minchinbury, NSW
Pay Rate: $45 to 51+ per hour- Higher Pay rate starts at 6pm
Parking: Free onsite parking
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Use a voice-picking headset to receive picking instructions
- Operate a pallet rider to pick and move stock
- Pick orders accurately and meet productivity targets
- Report damaged stock or inventory issues
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work as part of a team in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- High Reach Forklift duties may be required (if licensed)
- Warehouse, pick packing, voice picking or pallet rider experience
- High Reach Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Comfortable standing, walking and bending during 8-10 hour shifts
- Available to work rotating AM shifts, including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
- $45 to 51+- Higher Pay rate starts at 6pm
