About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver practical workplace relations advice and manage complex employee matters from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice on performance, conduct, grievance, and disciplinary matters
- Manage complex workplace relations cases
- Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports
- Interpret employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Support organisational change and consultation processes
- Coach leaders on employee relations matters
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, case summaries, and briefing documents
- Liaise with legal representatives and external bodies where required
- Extensive Workplace Relations, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee matters and investigations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business, or a related field
