Join a leading education provider and provide expert workplace relations support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, conduct matters, and organisational change.

About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver practical workplace relations advice and manage complex employee matters from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice on performance, conduct, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage complex workplace relations cases
  • Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports
  • Interpret employment legislation and industrial instruments
  • Support organisational change and consultation processes
  • Coach leaders on employee relations matters
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, case summaries, and briefing documents
  • Liaise with legal representatives and external bodies where required
About You
  • Extensive Workplace Relations, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee matters and investigations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business, or a related field
