About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Service Administrator to join their Service team based in Mt Thorley.
This is a diverse and fast-paced position responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to service operations, internal stakeholders, and customers. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities As the Senior Service Administrator, you will:
- Raise and manage job cards and repair orders.
- Cost and invoice service jobs accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling service activities.
- Coordinate site mobilisation requirements.
- Support timesheet processing and payroll data entry.
- Respond to customer enquiries and service-related queries.
- Maintain databases, records, and filing systems.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to service operations.
- Assist other administration teams as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across administration and service functions.
- Provide on-the-job training and support where required.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service, mining, industrial, maintenance, or similar environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience processing large volumes of data.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Experience with service management or ERP systems.
- Report writing and research skills.
