Working within a collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services while supporting employees and stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
- Validate, enter, and maintain payroll data accurately.
- Prepare payroll for bank submissions and financial system processing.
- Complete payroll reconciliations and reporting activities.
- Process manual payments when required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience working as a Payroll Officer, ideally within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, compliance, and payroll best practice.
- Experience processing high-volume payrolls with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
