Pinjarra, WA | Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join a leading organisation based in Pinjarra on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver high-quality HR support, administration, reporting, and people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee movements including new hires, transfers, secondments, and role changes.
- Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and frontline leaders.
- Assist with the interpretation and administration of company policies, employment conditions, employee benefits, and HR procedures.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business decision-making.
- Support performance and development programs across the site.
- Assist with position description development and position evaluation processes.
- Coordinate HR communications, employee engagement activities, and information gathering initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, records, and controlled documents, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Support employee and industrial relations activities within a unionised environment.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Support role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work effectively with employees, leaders, and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry environments will be highly regarded.
