Freight Handler | Kemps Creek About the Role Our client, a well-established and reputable company based in Kemps Creek, is seeking reliable and hardworking Freight Handlers to join their team. This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent hours, Monday to Friday, with a 7:00am to 3:00pm shift.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, are safety-focused, and can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently
- Sorting, scanning, and moving freight throughout the warehouse
- Manual handling of cartons and products
- Wrapping, labelling, and preparing freight for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Previous warehouse or freight handling experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday to Friday roster, 7:00am – 3:00pm
