Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Change and Implementation Officer to support the successful delivery of a significant organisational transformation program.

This role will lead change management, communications, training, business readiness and implementation activities across multiple workstreams. Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and business stakeholders, you will help prepare the organisation for change, drive adoption of new processes and systems, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.

About the Role In this position, you will:

  • Develop and deliver integrated change and implementation plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Assess the impact of process and system changes on employees, teams and ways of working.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication activities.
  • Design and coordinate training programs, support materials and user guidance.
  • Conduct business readiness assessments and identify adoption risks.
  • Support implementation activities and provide early-life operational support.
  • Monitor adoption, stakeholder feedback and business outcomes following implementation.
  • Develop procedures, templates and support documentation to enable long-term business ownership.
  • Work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to deliver successful organisational change outcomes.
Key Criteria to be Successful To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience delivering change management, implementation or business adoption initiatives within complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to assess organisational impacts and support stakeholders through change.
  • Experience developing and delivering communication, consultation, engagement and training strategies.
  • Strong capability in business readiness assessment, risk identification and implementation planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including preparing communications, briefing materials and training content.
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Relevant qualifications or significant equivalent experience in change management, organisational development, communications, learning or a related discipline.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide process, policy, finance or technology transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working within government, public sector or purpose-driven organisations.
  • Exposure to complex business transformation, systems implementation or operational improvement programs.
