We are currently recruiting for:
- 1 x Day Shift Warehouse Operator
- 1 x Afternoon Shift Warehouse Operator
About the Role As a Voice Picker / Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking of customer orders, replenishment activities, and general warehouse operations. This role requires the use of voice-picking technology and a strong focus on productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Picking orders accurately using voice-picking technology
• Operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Completing tasks efficiently to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a Voice Picking and/or Warehouse Operator role
• Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to meet productivity and performance targets
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Flexibility to work additional shifts during peak periods
Roster Information
• 5-10 days of paid training provided
• Day Shift and Afternoon Shift opportunities available
• Flexibility required to support operational requirements
