As a Voice Picker, you'll play an important role in the order fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and safely while meeting productivity targets.

Available Shifts AM Shift: 5:00am start
PM Shift: 1:30pm start
Applicants must be available 5 days per week, including Monday, Friday and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive instructions
- Operate a pallet rider (MHE) to pick stock
- Accurately select and build customer orders
- Stack products onto pallets safely and securely
- Navigate warehouse aisles and work efficiently to meet targets
- Report product or inventory discrepancies when identified
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, pick packing or voice picking experience is advantageous but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of lifting beverage cartons up to 23kg
- Comfortable standing, bending and working on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transport to and from Kemps Creek
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and stay back when required
