We're looking for an experienced Trainer to support the rollout of a new e-Permitting system across Iron Ore operations.
This role will focus on developing and delivering training for operational personnel, ensuring users can confidently navigate the system and apply permit-to-work and isolation processes in day-to-day operations, maintenance activities and shutdowns.
We're interested in speaking with people who have:
- Experience delivering training in operational or safety-critical environments.
- A solid understanding of Permit to Work, Isolation and/or Shutdown processes.
- Experience supporting the rollout of new systems, processes or technology.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, from frontline teams to project personnel.
- Experience with e-Permitting or digital Permit to Work systems.
- Mining, resources or heavy industry experience.
- Exposure to shutdowns or major maintenance environments.
- Perth-based with regular site travel.
