Contract: To October 2027
Hours: 38-hour week
Pay Rate: Up to $87.54/hr + Super
Working within a collaborative infrastructure team, you will oversee maintenance requests and planned works, provide strategic advice to stakeholders, monitor program performance, manage funding and expenditure, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, asset management or infrastructure program delivery
- Strong governance, financial management and risk management capability
- Experience managing contractors, stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice to a broad range of stakeholders
- Leadership experience within operational, maintenance or infrastructure environments
Highly Regarded:
- Government, education, health or community infrastructure experience
- Asset lifecycle, maintenance planning or facilities management experience
- Experience preparing reports, briefs and funding recommendations
Mandatory Requirement:
- Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
