We are currently partnering with a growing Brisbane-based Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline of projects.

With multiple projects under construction and additional developments progressing through planning and tender stages, our client is seeking a Site Manager to join the business and play a key role in the delivery of an upcoming multi-residential project in Redcliffe.

This position offers the opportunity to initially support the completion of a current project before transitioning into a lead Site Manager role on a landmark residential development.

We are interested in speaking with experienced Site Managers, as well as high-performing Foremen who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full site management and leadership of construction activities.
  • Short-range programming and look-ahead planning.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and managing trade sequencing.
  • Running subcontractor and site coordination meetings.
  • Managing site logistics and material deliveries.
  • Coordinating tower crane operations and associated trade activities.
  • Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes.
  • Managing day-to-day site issues and implementing practical solutions.
  • Working closely with internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
  • Exposure to commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential construction projects.
  • Experience working on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments will be highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and trade management.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site outcomes.
