With multiple projects under construction and additional developments progressing through planning and tender stages, our client is seeking a Site Manager to join the business and play a key role in the delivery of an upcoming multi-residential project in Redcliffe.
This position offers the opportunity to initially support the completion of a current project before transitioning into a lead Site Manager role on a landmark residential development.
We are interested in speaking with experienced Site Managers, as well as high-performing Foremen who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Full site management and leadership of construction activities.
- Short-range programming and look-ahead planning.
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing trade sequencing.
- Running subcontractor and site coordination meetings.
- Managing site logistics and material deliveries.
- Coordinating tower crane operations and associated trade activities.
- Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes.
- Managing day-to-day site issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Working closely with internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
- Exposure to commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential construction projects.
- Experience working on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and trade management.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site outcomes.
