We are partnering with a growing Brisbane-based Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline of work across South East Queensland.

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to initially assist in delivering a current project before transitioning into a lead role on a large multi-storey residential development in Redcliffe.

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman looking to take ownership of a significant project from early stages through to completion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day site operations.
  • Manage subcontractors, trade sequencing and site logistics.
  • Coordinate tower crane activities and material deliveries.
  • Drive programme, safety and quality outcomes.
  • Run site meetings and short-term programming.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

About You
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
  • Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
  • Exposure to basement construction, structural concrete, retention/shoring works and tower crane operations will be highly regarded.
  • Experience on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site outcomes.
