This role is based in Canberra (ACT) and requires a commitment to onsite work, with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
About the Role As a Service Desk Analyst / End User Computing Engineer, you will provide support for end users and enterprise IT services while contributing to the delivery and maintenance of secure endpoint management solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to manage mobile devices, identity services, endpoint security, and user support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and manage Android mobile devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication policies, conditional access, identity governance and group management.
- Manage Azure services supporting Intune, Entra ID and secure connectivity solutions.
- Configure application protection policies, compliance policies, security baselines and endpoint security controls.
- Troubleshoot complex issues relating to endpoint security, mobile devices, Intune and Entra ID.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records and operational procedures.
- Assist end users with IT-related incidents, requests and service provisioning activities.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, compliance, application deployment and endpoint security.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, identity protection, RBAC and device identity management.
- Experience managing and supporting Android mobile devices in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar end-user computing or endpoint management role.
