Are you organised, detail-oriented, and seeking a pivotal role in a dynamic team? Chandler Macleod is looking for a highly motivated Scheduler to join our team working with Rio Tinto, where your skills will ensure seamless coordination and optimal efficiency across operations. In this vital role, you will manage appointment schedules, coordinate resources, and support operational workflows, helping to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
This role operates on a 4 days on/ 5 off, 5 days on/ 4 off, 5 days on/ 5 off roster reporting to the Superintendent Supply Chain.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific protocols or regulations
  • Basic project management skills
  • Experience working in a diverse or multicultural environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school certificate or equivalent; further education in administration, business, or related fields is advantageous
  • Prior experience in scheduling, administrative, or coordination roles, ideally 1-3 years

  • Ability to work flexible hours or adapt to changing schedules as needed
