About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to join a growing and supportive organisation based in Northgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Registered Training Organisation (RTO) background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and compliance support. Working closely with trainers, students, clients and leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs while maintaining compliance with RTO standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student enrolments, USI verification and compliance documentation
- Coordinate training schedules, course logistics and trainer requirements
- Maintain accurate records within LMS and Student Management Systems
- Prepare training materials, learner resources and course documentation
- Issue certificates and Statements of Attainment in line with regulatory requirements
- Support audit preparation and ongoing compliance activities
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Provide professional support to learners, trainers and clients
- Assist with diary management and general administration duties
- Previous experience working within an RTO environment is essential
- Strong understanding of RTO compliance requirements and the VET sector
- Experience using LMS, SMS or similar training management systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
- $90,000 pro rata + Super
