Reliability Engineer 

Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence and reliability in complex systems? Chandler Macleod is seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to join a Tier 1 Iron Ore Mining client. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing the performance, integrity, and safety of critical infrastructure, contributing to the success of high-stakes projects. Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, failure analysis, and failure modes
  • Ability to interpret complex data, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventative solutions
  • Proficiency with reliability software and asset management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 55000 or IEC standards
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies like Vibration Analysis or Condition Monitoring
  • Exposure to safety management systems and risk assessment methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of reliability engineering experience in a relevant industry
  • Prior experience working on large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams
Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required for site inspections and project meetings
  • Certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or similar are advantageous
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development
