Required Skills:
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, failure analysis, and failure modes
- Ability to interpret complex data, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventative solutions
- Proficiency with reliability software and asset management systems
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 55000 or IEC standards
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies like Vibration Analysis or Condition Monitoring
- Exposure to safety management systems and risk assessment methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of reliability engineering experience in a relevant industry
- Prior experience working on large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel as required for site inspections and project meetings
- Certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or similar are advantageous
