Are you an organised and proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator to support a busy onsite Talent Acquisition function based in Welshpool.

This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 8 weeks, with potential for extension. The role will suit someone who enjoys high-volume recruitment activity, candidate coordination and working closely with operational and talent acquisition stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Site-based role located in Welshpool
  • Pay rate of $35 – $40 per hour
  • 8 hours per day, 3–4 days per week
  • Approximately 8-week assignment with possible extension
  • Support candidate sourcing, screening, coordination and onboarding activities
  • Utilise Paradox applicant tracking system to manage recruitment workflow

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage and coordinate suitable candidates for site-based roles
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure candidates are progressed quickly and accurately
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across recruitment administration and system updates
  • Work closely with the onsite Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Assist with recruitment scheduling, candidate follow-up and general coordination tasks
  • Help ensure candidates are confirmed, compliant and ready to commence as required

About You
  • Previous recruitment resourcing or recruitment coordination experience is preferred
  • Experience in blue-collar, industrial, logistics, transport or high-volume recruitment environments will be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to candidate management
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with urgency and accuracy
  • Confidence using recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems
