We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing client based in Beverley. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, supporting the efficient operation of the product fill line and maintaining high-quality standards.
This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, with rotating day and afternoon shifts. Occasional weekend work may be required to meet production demands. You'll rotate through a variety of production tasks, providing plenty of variety throughout your workday while contributing to a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through various production and fill line tasks
- Load buckets and lids onto the production line
- Connect hoses and fill heads to support filling operations
- Operate control panels and production equipment
- Stack, wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
- Operate forklifts and other mobile plant equipment where licensed
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Follow quality, safety and operational procedures at all times
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or machine operation is highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
- Full working rights within Australia
- Full-time availability across rotating day and afternoon shifts
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen
