- Loading haul trucks safely and efficiently
- Working with Komatsu Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS)
- Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment inspections
- Achieving production targets while maintaining high safety standards
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, dispatch, and production crews
- Proven production mining experience operating PC3600 and/or PC5600 Excavators
- Exposure to Komatsu AHS
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical requirements
- Reliable work ethic and strong team mindset
