An exciting opportunity has become available for a Procurement Coordinator to support the delivery and ongoing administration of a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework within a large and complex organisation.
This role will suit a highly organised procurement, contracts, or supplier management professional who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate records, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting governance and compliance activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring supplier information, performance reporting, contractual documentation, and procurement processes are effectively managed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier relationship management records, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate supplier and internal stakeholder communications.
- Support contract governance, KPI and SLA monitoring activities.
- Maintain supplier data, contacts, meeting notes, and contractual information.
- Assist with procurement reporting, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with category managers and internal stakeholders to support supplier outcomes.
- Contribute to governance processes and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the administration of contractual arrangements and supplier performance frameworks.
- Support supplier segmentation, engagement activities, and ongoing relationship management initiatives.
- Experience in procurement coordination, contract administration, supplier management, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- System-savvy with experience maintaining records, reporting, and data across multiple platforms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within government or a large, complex organisation will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to procurement, contract management, commercial operations, or supplier performance management is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain, business, project management, or a related discipline are desirable.
