Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event-day operations, logistics, and setup
- Schedule and manage staff, ensuring clear direction and coverage
- Support preparation of facilities and operational areas ahead of events
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks leading up to event days
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders while remaining professional and impartial
- Ensure a consistent, high standard of event delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, events, hospitality, or team coordination
- Confident and resilient, with the ability to manage staff firmly and professionally
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to give direction and maintain control in a busy environment
- Demonstrated ability to remain impartial and fair when working with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and priorities
