An exciting opportunity exists for a Cross-Border Transportation Specialist to join a global e-commerce and supply chain organisation supporting international freight operations across the APAC region.

Reporting to the APAC Logistics Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating cross-border cargo movements, managing stakeholder communications, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across inbound logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipment management for air and ocean import freight movements into APAC
  • Manage daily communications with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
  • Investigate shipment issues and manage operational escalations
  • Produce operational reports, performance metrics and shipment updates
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with established cross-border logistics processes
About You
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, operations, or a related field
  • Understanding of international freight movements across air and ocean transport modes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using reporting tools, operational systems, or data analysis tools is advantageous
  • Exposure to continuous improvement or Lean methodologies is desirable
