An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a well-established organisation and support a busy People & Culture team. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to contribute across the full employee lifecycle while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering HR administration, employee support, payroll coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee lifecycle administration and HR support
- Support onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities
- Coordinate payroll processes and provide backup payroll processing support
- Assist with remuneration reviews and other cyclical HR activities
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data
- Prepare reporting and support data analysis activities
- Assist with HR projects, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the broader People & Culture team
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration position
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working within a high-volume administrative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Flexible 3-day-per-week arrangement
- Hybrid working model with 1-2 days in the office
