I currently have two roles available to support inventory and asset disposal operations in Jabiru. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing asset movements, and ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and asset registers.
- Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and assets.
- Manage asset transfers, recycling, and disposals.
- Maintain accurate disposal documentation and auditable records.
- Generate inventory and asset reports.
- Support audits and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and operational teams.
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or asset management.
- Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong data entry, record-keeping, and analytical skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills desirable.

- Bus from Darwin
- 6 month contract with possible extension.
