Change Lead | Enterprise Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of a large-scale enterprise transformation involving workforce management, rostering, payroll and finance systems.

Reporting into a senior program leadership team, you will lead end-to-end change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption across a large and geographically dispersed workforce. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the change strategy for a complex enterprise transformation program.
  • Drive business readiness, communications, engagement and learning initiatives.
  • Partner with executive, operational and technology stakeholders to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Lead and mentor change and deployment resources.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop strategies to minimise disruption and maximise adoption.
  • Monitor change outcomes and provide regular reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong sponsorship and stakeholder commitment across all levels of the organisation. 
About You
  • Extensive experience leading organisational change within large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • Experience across workforce management, rostering, payroll, HR, finance or ERP implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communications, learning, business readiness and adoption strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex change for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing change teams and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
