We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Catering Assistants to join a busy industrial catering operation based in Adelaide's western suburbs Working across a 7-day roster in day and afternoon shift.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to assist across multiple areas of the catering process. From food preparation and meal assembly through to equipment packing, dishwashing, and general cleaning, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with food preparation and meal assembly
  • Plating meals to client specifications and quality standards
  • Sorting, assembling, and packing catering equipment and supplies
  • General production and packing duties
  • Washing and sanitising cutlery, dishes, trays, and catering equipment
  • Maintaining clean and hygienic work areas
  • Manual handling and repetitive tasks
  • Following food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
  • Flexible availability across day and afternoon shifts, including weekends
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and national police clearance
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
