Business Enablment Team Leader
Permanent, full time role
Based in Perth or Clayton
The Business Enablement Team Leader role combines hands-on operational expertise with people leadership responsibility. The primary objective of this role is to provide excellent and timely service that enables accurate rate template set up within FT360 and UKG, while ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Based in Perth or Clayton, the role plays a critical part in protecting the business by ensuring contractual, statutory and data compliance, while actively driving customer experience and service excellence through continuous improvement, innovation and strong stakeholder partnership.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and manage the Business Enablement team to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are met
- Create and sustain a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, productivity and continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor and support team members by identifying skill gaps and development needs
- Support onboarding, training and capability uplift of new and existing team members
- Escalation point for complex or sensitive operational issues
- Client setup and amendments
- Contract and contract amendment generation
- Billing and invoicing detail maintenance
- Perform and oversee award/EBA increase checks, alerts and rate validations
- Manage the Rate Calculation function and template management
- Ensure adherence to the Delegated Authority Policy when entering or approving rates
- Maintain accurate pay notes, job order rate templates and billing instructions
- Conduct TOB and contract expiry checks and manage alerts
- Complete and maintain client engagement guides in consultation with client control points
- Maintain data integrity, naming conventions and correct parent/child record structures
- Respond to all emails, calls, Teams messages and queries within agreed SLAs, taking ownership through to resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SLAs and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate and compliant systems data across integrated and non-integrated systems
- Lead team compliance with QMS requirements
Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
- Maintain SharePoint document libraries, version control and archiving in line with QMS standards
- Contribute to and lead business improvement initiatives and projects
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop strong internal networks across the organisation to support efficient service delivery
- Demonstrate a practical understanding of Chandler Macleod’s organisational structure, divisions and reporting lines
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with a hands-on delivery mindset
- Proven experience in high-volume, process-driven operational environments
- Strong administrative background with high attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and accountable
- Award Interpretation experience desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel (formulas/scripts etc)
- Strong systems capability and data quality focus
- Previous experience with Fastrack360 preferred but not essential
- Previous experience with Rostering/Time attendance systems preferred, but not essential
