BIM Modeller (Hydraulic & Plumbing Services)

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller with a strong background in hydraulic and plumbing services to support the delivery of high-quality building services projects. Working closely with engineers, designers and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models that support project delivery from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Produce accurate project documentation including plans, sections, schedules and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate hydraulic and plumbing services models with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.
- Identify and resolve modelling conflicts and coordination issues.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, client requirements and company procedures.
- Support project teams through planning, design and construction phases.
- Generate schedules, quantities and reports from BIM models as required.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a BIM Modeller or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience modelling hydraulic and plumbing services within building services projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes and documentation requirements.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current residence in Australia - (NO OVERSEAS RELOCATION)
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Understanding of Australian design and construction standards.
- Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination processes.
- Experience in Building Services, Engineering, Drafting, Plumbing Design, Hydraulic Services or related fields.
- Experience creating and maintaining BIM families, templates and libraries.
- Strong technical modelling capabilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Based in Western Australia, with work undertaken from office locations and project sites as required. Travel may be required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
