Earn up to $45.06 per hour

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Assets Administration Officer to join our client based in Honeysuckle. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administration professional with experience supporting facilities, fleet, property or asset management functions within a busy corporate environment.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across facilities, fleet and records management functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of key business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across fleet, facilities and records management functions
  • Coordinate building access, site inductions, repairs and maintenance activities
  • Assist with fleet administration including vehicle management, GPS support and access fobs
  • Process invoices, purchase requisitions and financial reporting tasks
  • Maintain electronic document and records management systems
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to leaders and operational teams
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous administration experience within a property, facilities, fleet, assets or corporate environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using document management systems and SharePoint or similar platforms
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
Desirable Experience
  • Qualifications in Administration, Property, Facilities or Fleet Management
  • Experience working within utilities, infrastructure or asset-intensive industries
  • Knowledge of property-related legislation and processes
