Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced AO6 Senior Infrastructure Services Officer to support a major program delivering statutory servicing and registration activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes, maintaining governance documentation, and improving data quality across enterprise systems.

Pay rate: $79.18 – $84.56 per hour + super
Location: Brisbane CBD
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate support activities for P&E registration within the program, including onboarding and offboarding statutory servicing requirements.
- Maintain program documentation, procedures and guidance to support consistent service delivery.
- Assist in reviewing scope changes, service requirements and related records.
- Review Ellipse and SAP data to identify discrepancies and support data quality improvements.
- Assist with investigating missing site information, lease records, corporate data and complete required data entry.
- Provide support for stakeholder enquiries, briefs, reporting, meeting documentation and OnePortal and SharePoint updates.
What you’ll bring
- Strong coordination and administration capability in a program/project environment (AO6-level).
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP and/or Ellipse (data review, reconciliation, and process support).
- High attention to detail and confidence handling records, registers, and governance documentation.
- Strong stakeholder support skills (briefs, reporting, meeting packs/minutes, and platform updates).

- Current Blue Card(must be held at time of application).
