AO3 Project Support Officer

  • $51.13 - $56.72 per hour + Super
  • 2 Year Assignment | Potential 12-Month Extension

We are seeking an organised and proactive AO3 Project Support Officer to join a major government infrastructure project team based in Buderim.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract while supporting the delivery of significant transport infrastructure projects. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will provide essential administrative, coordination and project support services to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support to project teams.  
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes.
  • Maintain project registers, stakeholder records and correspondence logs.
  • Manage document control processes, including filing, version control and records management.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations and project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify information.  
  • Ensure compliance with administrative, quality and record management requirements.
About You
  • Previous experience in project administration, project support or coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  
  • Experience using SharePoint, InEight, EDMS or similar document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Experience working with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
