$51.12 - $56.72 per hour + Super

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Legal Secretary to join a respected Queensland Government organisation on a short-term contract through to 4 December. This role is ideal for a professional administrator who can provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior stakeholders
  • Manage busy diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports and other documentation
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential records and information with a high level of discretion
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the team through effective administration and coordination
About You
  • Previous experience as an Executive Legal Secretary, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional, reliable and proactive in your approach
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
