You'll be provided with variety in your day-to-day work while gaining hands-on experience across administration, coordination and office support functions.
About the Role As an Administration Assistant, you'll provide support to a small team and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general administrative and office support tasks
- Managing calendars, meeting bookings and schedules
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries
- Maintaining records, documents and databases
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administration duties as required
- Previous administration, customer service or office support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team
